Why this retreat

A weekend can feel longer when nothing is asking you to rush.

Most weekends disappear into errands, screens, and unfinished plans. This one replaces the usual routine with two days of guided practice, shared meals, and time outdoors, without requiring a long break from work or family.

Yoga, meditation, sound healing, an aqua sound bath, and group activities are spaced across the weekend, with time to eat, walk, rest, and settle in between.

No previous experience required.

  • No yoga experience needed
  • No meditation experience needed
  • Come alone or with someone you know
Worth knowing

This is a scheduled small-group retreat, not a spa stay. We encourage you to join the full programme, but you may sit out any activity that does not feel right for you.

How the weekend unfolds

THE WEGATHR EXPERIENCE

What thoughtful hosting looks like.

People trust us with their time, and we don't take that lightly. We want every person who joins us to feel genuinely cared for and feel glad that they came. That makes us particular about every decision, including the ones participants may never see.

We choose facilitators for fit.We consider how they teach, communicate and work with groups, not credentials alone.
We plan the complete experience. We consider sessions, meals, transitions and personal time together, so the retreat feels cohesive rather than packed.
We stay present throughout. Our team remains on site to manage the practical details and respond when something needs attention.

Can I come alone?

Yes. You’re welcome to join alone. We cap the group size so that meeting people feels natural and doesn't become overwhelming.

Can I reserve my spot by paying 50%?

Yes. You can reserve your spot by paying 50% of the booking amount upfront. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat begins. We’ll share the payment details and due date with your booking confirmation. The retreat’s cancellation and refund policy applies to your reservation.

How do I secure the early-bird price?

Do I have to attend every activity?

We have designed the sessions as one connected weekend and encourage you to attend. You may sit out any activity that does not feel right for you; please let a facilitator or Wegathr team member know.

Is food included? Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. We include vegetarian meals from welcome drinks/snakcs on Day 1 through lunch on Day 2. We’ll collect dietary requirements and allergies before the retreat and confirm what the kitchen can accommodate.

What should I pack?

We’ll send you a detailed packing list before you travel. Plan to bring comfortable practice clothes, light layers, walking footwear, swimwear, sun and rain protection, and white or beige clothing for the closing circle.

Are Kshemavana’s spa treatments included?

No. Wegathr is hosting the retreat at Kshemavana, but Kshemavana's consultations, spa services, and treatments are not included. Wegathr and the facilitators listed on this page run the weekend programme.

Will I have access to my phone and Wi-Fi?
