She has several yoga television shows in India, including one on Doordarshan National and another on India Today. A beachfront retreat on Sri Lanka’s south coast, with tropical gardens, open-air yoga spaces, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Stay in a shared Deluxe room or a private, air-conditioned Bungalow room.

Do I need yoga or meditation experience?

No. Ira will introduce and guide the practices. Beginners and people with an existing practice are welcome.

Can I come alone?

Yes. You can join solo, book a private room, or share with another participant of the same gender, subject to availability.

Is this retreat suitable for children?

This retreat is designed for adults. We do not provide childcare or activities for children.

How does double occupancy work?

Book with someone you know or ask us to match you with another participant of the same gender, subject to availability. Twin beds are available. We will confirm the arrangement before finalising your room.

Can I reserve my spot by paying 50%?

Yes. You can reserve your spot by paying 50% of the booking amount upfront. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat begins. We’ll share the payment details and due date with your booking confirmation. The retreat’s cancellation and refund policy applies to your reservation.

How do I secure the early-bird price?

Pay 50% of the discounted booking amount on or before 8 November 2026 to secure 10% off. The balance is due by 28 November 2026. Prices include GST, with no additional compulsory charges.

Do I have to attend every activity?

Participation is optional. We encourage you to join the guided sessions, while allowing time to rest when you need it.

Will Ira be present throughout?

Yes. Ira will be present throughout the six-day retreat, guiding the sessions, workshops, and group conversations.

How physically demanding is the retreat?

The programme includes yoga, seated meditation, and walking. Please tell us about injuries, health conditions, or mobility needs before booking so we can discuss suitability and possible adjustments.

How do airport transfers work?

Scheduled group transfers from Colombo airport on 12 December and back on 17 December 2026 are included. We will collect flight details, group guests where possible, and share pickup times before travel. Transfers outside these dates need to be arranged separately.

What food will be served?

All meals during the retreat are included and vegetarian. Share dietary requirements and allergies in advance so we can confirm what the kitchen can accommodate.

Is travel insurance included?

No. Please arrange your own travel insurance, including any cover you need for medical care, travel delays, or cancellation.

What should I pack?

Bring comfortable yoga clothes, light clothing, walking footwear, swimwear, sun protection, and insect repellent. We will send a detailed packing list before the retreat.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. We will invite you to reduce screen time, but you keep your phone and choose how much you use it. Please keep phones silent during sessions.

Are alcohol and smoking allowed?

Alcohol and smoking are not permitted during the retreat.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel on or before 2 November 2026 for a full refund of the amount paid. From 3 November 2026, bookings are non-refundable, including the advance payment. If Wegathr cancels or reschedules the retreat, you can choose a full refund or transfer your booking to the new dates.

Can I extend my stay?

Additional nights are subject to the venue’s availability and are charged separately. Contact us before booking your flights if you would like to extend your stay.

Are all rooms air-conditioned?

All single-occupancy Bungalow rooms are air-conditioned. Double occupancy is in Deluxe rooms, some of which are open-air. Air conditioning is not guaranteed for shared rooms.

Is the itinerary final?

The itinerary is tentative. Timings and some activities may change, while the focus on stress management and a practical daily routine will remain. We will share the final schedule before the retreat.

Will I receive copies of Ira’s books?

The programme draws on Ira’s work, including The 10-Minute Yoga Solution. Physical copies of the books are not currently included in the listed package.
