WHY THIS RETREAT

Step away from routine and take an honest look at where you are.

Daily life rarely leaves enough uninterrupted time to examine the questions, habits, and decisions that keep resurfacing.

This retreat gives you six days of guided practice, quiet reflection, and conversation, with enough personal time to process the experience.

Join as you are..

  • No yoga experience needed
  • No meditation experience needed
  • No spiritual background needed
  • No partner required
Worth knowing

This is a reflective, participatory retreat, not a sightseeing-packed Bali holiday. There is personal time, but the heart of the week is guided practice, honest inquiry, and shared experience.

How the retreat unfolds

The pace changes across the week.

Days 1–2 are more social and active. Days 3–4 bring more silence and guided self-inquiry. Days 5–6 focus on personal time, integration, and the return home.

THE WEGATHR EXPERIENCE

What thoughtful hosting looks like.

People trust us with their time, and we don’t take that lightly. We want every person who joins us to feel genuinely cared for and feel glad that they came. That makes us particular about every decision, including the ones participants may never see.

We choose facilitators for fit.We consider how they teach, communicate and work with groups, not credentials alone.
We plan the complete experience. We consider sessions, meals, transitions and personal time together, so the retreat feels cohesive rather than packed.
We stay present throughout. Our team remains on site to manage the practical details and respond when something needs attention.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Frequently asked questions

We’ve answered the questions people usually have before booking. If you’d like to discuss anything specific, speak to us directly.

Chat with us on WhatsApp →
Do I need yoga or meditation experience?

No. Manish and Rana will introduce and guide every practice. The retreat is suitable for complete beginners as well as people with an existing practice.

Can I come alone?

Yes. You’re welcome to join alone. We cap the group size so that meeting people can feel natural without becoming overwhelming.

Is the retreat suitable for children?

No. We have designed this retreat for adults. The programme includes extended guided sessions, periods of silence, and group practices, and we will not provide childcare or child-specific activities.

How does double occupancy work?

You can book with someone you know or ask us to match you with another participant of the same gender, subject to availability. We’ll explain the matching process before confirming your room.

Can I reserve my spot by paying 50%?

Yes. You can reserve your spot by paying 50% of the booking amount upfront. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the retreat begins. We’ll share the payment details and due date with your booking confirmation. The retreat’s cancellation and refund policy applies to your reservation.

How do I secure the early-bird price?

Pay 50% of the discounted booking amount on or before 18 October 2026 to secure the 10% discount. The remaining balance is due by 5 November 2026. All listed prices include GST.

Do I have to attend every activity?

We’ve designed the core sessions as one connected programme and encourage you to attend them. You may skip activities marked as optional, including the drum circle and visit to Ubud.

What does “guided silence” mean?

We’ll observe extended periods of silence during the middle of the retreat. Manish and Rana will explain when silence begins and ends, how essential communication will work and what to expect during meals and personal time.

How physically demanding is the retreat?

You’ll take part in yoga, dance, walking, gardening, and periods of seated meditation. Manish and Rana will guide every practice, but please tell us about any injury, health condition, or mobility requirement before booking.

How do the airport transfers work?

Group airport transfers are included only for arrivals on 21 November 2026 and departures on 26 November 2026. We’ll collect everyone’s flight details in advance and plan the transfers accordingly. Wherever possible, we’ll group participants whose flights arrive or depart within approximately one hour of one another. We’ll arrange multiple pickups and drop-offs if needed and share your assigned timing and meeting instructions before travel. You’ll need to arrange transfers outside these two dates separately.

What food will be served?

We’ll serve farm-to-table vegetarian meals throughout the retreat, with eggs included in the menu. We’ll collect dietary requirements and allergies in advance and confirm what the kitchen can accommodate.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend arranging coverage for medical emergencies, travel delays and trip cancellation before you travel.

What should I pack?

We’ll send you a detailed packing list before you travel. Plan to bring comfortable practice clothes, light layers, walking footwear, swimwear, sun and rain protection, and clothing suitable for a temple visit.

Will I have access to my phone and Wi-Fi?

Yes. You can keep your phone, and the venue provides Wi-Fi in some areas. We encourage you to limit device use and treat the retreat as an opportunity for a digital break.

Can I drink alcohol or smoke at the venue?

No. We keep the retreat alcohol- and smoke-free and ask all participants not to drink alcohol or smoke for the duration of the programme, including during personal time.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you cancel on or before 12 October 2026, we’ll provide a full refund. Cancellations made on or after 13 October 2026 are non-refundable. If Wegathr cancels or reschedules the retreat, we’ll offer a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.

Can I extend my stay in Bali?

Yes. You can arrive before 21 November or remain in Bali after 26 November, but you’ll need to arrange accommodation and transport outside the retreat dates separately. Contact us before booking your flights if you would like us to clarify how an extended stay affects your group transfer.
