Hear Manish explain how the week is structured.
Manish explains why the retreat begins with shared experiences, moves into quieter self-inquiry, and ends with time to process what the week has brought up.
Spend six days away from routine, at a nature farm in beatiful Bali with time in silence. Led by Manish Pole and Rana Abihayla, this experience is centered around self-inquiry through the tools of yoga, breathwork, art therapy, jounrnaling and various dynamic meditations.
Daily life rarely leaves enough uninterrupted time to examine the questions, habits, and decisions that keep resurfacing.
This retreat gives you six days of guided practice, quiet reflection, and conversation, with enough personal time to process the experience.
This is a reflective, participatory retreat, not a sightseeing-packed Bali holiday. There is personal time, but the heart of the week is guided practice, honest inquiry, and shared experience.
Days 1–2 are more social and active. Days 3–4 bring more silence and guided self-inquiry. Days 5–6 focus on personal time, integration, and the return home.
Manish explains why the retreat begins with shared experiences, moves into quieter self-inquiry, and ends with time to process what the week has brought up.
Meet the group, set an intention for the week, and experience Bali through ritual, movement, rhythm, and sound. Day 2 is deliberately the fullest; the pace becomes quieter afterwards.
A guided Balinese temple ritual to mark the beginning of the retreat.
Free-form dance at The Yoga Barn; no choreography or dance form needed.
An optional group rhythm session for play, energy and connection.
A sound-led rest experience at Pyramids of Chi after a full day in Ubud.
The middle of the retreat includes guided silence, meditation and self-inquiry, balanced with creative practice, massage, pool time and unhurried periods alone.
A guided practice in observing thoughts and sensations.
Facilitated reflection on identity, recurring patterns and the choices shaping your life.
Use colour and form to explore what may be difficult to put into words.
Movement, breath, sound and laughter used to release tension and shift energy.
Bring the week together through mindful action, personal time, and a closing circle. The final sessions help you identify what you want to take back into daily life.
Gardening as a practical experience of attention, service and action.
Choose a massage, the pool, journaling or an optional visit to Ubud market.
Make sense of the week and name what you want to carry forward.
Music and dancing to close the retreat together.
Manish and Rana will be present throughout the six-day programme, leading the practices, workshops and group discussions.
Manish Pole brings together Ancient Wisdom and Meditation Science, offering people worldwide a deep immersion in yoga, meditation, and wisdom that is timeless yet research-based.
Rana Abihayla brings together 20 years of experience in corporate healthcare consulting, yogic wisdom, meditation science, emotional intelligence, and leadership development, offering students a grounded and integrative approach to self-inquiry.
These participants attended previous retreats facilitated by Manish and Rana. Their comments relate to the facilitation, not this specific Bali programme.
