Who is responsible for your information

wegathr.co is operated by Wegathr Ventures Private Limited, B-1401, 13th Floor, Sattava East Crest, Virgonagar, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560049. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@wegathr.co.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, mobile number, email address, the rooms and number of guests you choose, and, where the form asks, your age and gender. We use age and gender for room allotment.
• When you join a waitlist or ask for a call back: your name and mobile number, the experience you are interested in, and any answers you give about age range, budget, timing, and past experience.
• When you pay: Razorpay processes the payment and tells us the payment ID, amount, and whether it succeeded. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking password.
• When you browse: pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and the campaign link you arrived from, collected through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel.
• When you write to us: whatever you send by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking, allot rooms, and contact you before and during the experience.
• To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• To tell you about dates for an experience you joined the waitlist for.
• To process payments and refunds, and to keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services and people needed to run a booking:

• Razorpay, for payment processing.
• Google, for the spreadsheets where booking and enquiry records are kept, and for analytics.
• Meta, for measuring the performance of our advertising.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• The venue and facilitators for your experience, who receive only what they need, such as guest names, room allotment, and dietary needs.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to recognise repeat visits. The site also keeps your room selection and the campaign link you arrived from in your browser's session storage, so they carry through to checkout. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Booking will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep enquiry and waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer useful for the purpose you gave them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Write to hello@wegathr.co from the email address or with the mobile number you used with us. Where the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice, we will tell you what we have to retain.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payments run on Razorpay's checkout, and access to booking records is limited to the Wegathr team. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

Children

Bookings can only be made by people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
