Rupali led the retreat across both days, guiding yoga, meditation, breath-led movement, and sound healing. Ritu joined the Day 2 Hatha yoga session with a live handpan.
Rupali has more than seven years of teaching experience and led Wegathr’s first Bengaluru wellness weekend. A Yoga Alliance RYT-200 teacher with 300 hours of training in Arogya Yoga Therapy, she is also trained in sound healing and tuning fork therapy. Across the weekend, she guided yoga, meditation, breath-led movement, and sound healing.
Ritu has over six years of experience in yoga therapy, sound healing, corporate wellness, and retreats. A certified Sound Healer from Rishikesh and experienced Yoga Therapist, she is also a handpan player and sound artist. She joined the Day 2 Hatha yoga session with a live handpan accompaniment, adding a distinctive musical layer to the morning practice.
Wegathr used Kshemavana as the venue for the retreat; its consultations, treatments, and wellness programmes were not part of the experience. The retreat programme and facilitation were curated independently by Wegathr and the facilitators listed above. Wegathr chose this venue for its peaceful natural setting, comfortable accommodations, nourishing meals, meditation spaces, and a calm, retreat-friendly environment. We did not use the sanctuary's treatments or consultants; the retreat experience, sessions, and facilitation were curated independently by Wegathr and our partner facilitator.
People trust us with their time, and we don’t take that lightly. We want everyone who joins us to feel genuinely cared for and glad they came. That makes us particular about every decision, including the ones participants may never see.
